The Quality
Our unique Taipan cue is handcrafted from Australian blackbutt, which is renowned for its strength, durability and gorgeous grain. Kiln drying is used to stablize the wood before it is handcrafted to its final shape using our own innovative technique. Quality glues are used in fitting of all other cue parts.
The aboriginal painting is sealed before finishing the rest of the cue with an oil combination that locks the original oil coat in, protecting the hardwood shaft whilst beautifying the natural grain in the wood.
Despite their unique appearance, our cues break through that mental barrier of the traditional cue shape, still being straight and balanced. In fact, because of the quality of the hardwood used, they play solid and true to the point where there is no vibration or jarring through the shaft, unlike many manufactured cues on the market today.

Aboriginal Painting
The snake or “bapi” is an important part of Aboriginal culture. Even though we call our cue “The Taipan”
(One of the most venomous snakes in Outback Australia ) the snake designs on our cues are various with no two designs the same. Each cue comes with an artists profile and a “certificate of authenticity” guaranteeing the cue quality and authenticity of the artists work.
The Package
The Taipan comes in a black-felt lined Aussie Bush Cues hard case which is encased in our decorative sleeve explaining all aspects of the cue. The package also comes with bush-chalk, artists profile and authenticity certificate.
